On 3 Nov 05 Deputy Sheriffs Coppernoll and Stackpole investigated the thefts of items from vehicles at 12830 State Route 676, 375 and 395 Watertown Road in Waterford. Property stolen from the unlocked vehicles includes a Dell laptop computer, loose change, two flashlights and miscellaneous CD’s. This case remains under investigation.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Shannon L. Jackson, age 27, PO Box 11, Waterford, for failing to appear for a debtor’s exam on 11 Feb 05.

Lawrence H. Biery, age 39, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, having been charged with carrying a concealed weapon.

Dallas Farnsworth, age 32, 266 Muskingum Drive Apt. C, Marietta, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 14 Oct 05.

The following individual wAS processed into the Washington County Jail:

Robert Jonathan Huffman, age 24, 797 Channel Lane, Marietta, for breach of recognizance and for theft, both misdemeanors. Huffman was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Titus of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Nov 05 at 12:42 am.
