On 30 Oct 05 Dannie Ullman, age 38, 8485 State Route 550, Vincent, reported during the evening’s overnight hours two of his unlocked vehicles were entered and two cellular phones, cash, a camera and his wife’s purse were stolen. This case remains under investigation (602).

On 30 Oct 05 Douglas S. Gardner, age 32, 955 Hadley Hollow Road, reported he was awakened on two occasions by a loud car horn and he pursued the vehicle to obtain a license plate number. Later, the vehicle he was following stopped and reversed a short distance in front of him. At that point the driver, John R. Bonnette, age 22, 10021 State Route 550, Vincent, and passenger, Brad Smith, age 32, 775 Jennings Hill Road, Marietta, exited their vehicle and approached Mr. Gardner, making threats in the process. Mr. Smith then entered his residence, retrieved a gun and pointed it at Mr. Gardner’s head, causing him to flee for his safety. As a result of further investigation Deputy Sheriff Parks requested a summons for Mr. Bonnette for disorderly conduct and a warrant for Mr. Smith for aggravated menacing.

On 30 Oct 05, observing a vehicle traveling faster than the speed limit on State Route 7, Deputy Sheriff Rhodes conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Andrew D. Morgan, age 19, 520 Airport Road, Zanesville, near Gravel Bank Road. Mr. Morgan admitted he and his passengers were traveling home after attending a party at Ohio University and that he consumed one mixed drink. Succeeding his poor performance on field sobriety tests, Mr. Morgan was arrested for OVI and transported to the Washington County Jail.

Timothy Aaron Jarvis, age 31, Pennock Trailer Court Lot 39, Beverly, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Jarvis turned himself in to Patrolman Oliver of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Oct 05 at 12:20 am.

Nolin Edwin Morrison, age 55, 5579 Dupont Road, Parkersburg, for OVI and for driving outside the marked lanes of travel, both misdemeanors. Morrison was arrested in Belpre by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Oct 05 at 12:55 am.

Bruce Ryan Ware, age 18, 310 Putnam Avenue, Marietta, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Ware was arrested on Deerwalk Circle by Deputy Sheriff Parks and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Oct 05 at 1:00 am.

Taquila Dawn Myers, age 22, 8779 State Route 60, McConnelsville, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Myers was picked up at the county line by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Oct 05 at 1:13 am.

Joseph Allen Wentland III, age 22, 5991 Brandyberry, Malta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Wentland was picked up at the county line by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Oct 05 at 1:27 am.

Katie Jane Watkins, age 18, 103 Sunnyview Drive, Marietta, Marietta, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Watkins was arrested on Deerwalk Circle by Deputy Sheriff Parks and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Oct 05 at 1:43 am.

Natalie Anne Place, age 18, 120 Masonic Park Road, Marietta, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Place was arrested on Deerwalk Circle by Deputy Sheriff Parks and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Oct 05 at 1:50 am.

Kristin Lee Coppock, age 18, 707 Devola Street, Marietta, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Coppock was arrested on Deerwalk Circle by Deputy Sheriff Parks and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Oct 05 at 2:00 am.

Naomi Jeanne Mayle, age 39, 8959 State Route 37 West, Malta, for OVI and for possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. Mayle was picked up at the county line by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Oct 05 at 2:15 am.

Eric Michael Hryb, age 25, 710 Front Street, Marietta, for theft and for criminal mischief, both misdemeanors. Hryb was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Oct 05 at 2:26 am.

Todd Russell Moore, age 26, 522 Fifth Street, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Moore was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Oct 05 at 2:45 am.

Zachery Scott Bolyard, age 18, 3470 Terrace Circle Drive, McConnelsville, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Bolyard was arrested in Beverly by Patrolman Oliver of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Oct 05 at 3:15 am.

Whitney Jade Eubank, age 18, 6603 State Route 669, McConnelsville, for OVI and for driving left of center, both misdemeanors. Eubank was arrested in Beverly by Patrolman Oliver of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Oct 05 at 3:15 am.

Chance Alan Grayson, age 22, 916 Glendale Road, Marietta, for OVI and for speeding, both misdemeanors. Grayson was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Oct 05 at 3:15 am.

Mark Anthony Norman, age 19, 290 Oakwood Drive, McConnelsville, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Norman was arrested in Beverly by Patrolman Oliver of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Oct 05 at 3:15 am.

Nicole Leigh Weekly, age 28, 411 Florence Street, Belpre, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Weekly was arrested in Belpre by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Oct 05 at 4:00 am.

Christina Jane Ward, age 28, 977 Gilman Avenue, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Ward was arrested at her residence by Sgt.
