On 27 Oct 05 Lt. Coppernoll investigated a complaint lodged by an employee of the Child Support Enforcement Agency regarding a threat she received over the phone. The caseworker stated a male subject, angered over the fact his driver’s license was suspended for not paying child support, threatened to shoot the judge and any caseworker that came onto his property.

On 27 Oct 05 an employee of Deano’s Pizza, 11000 State Route 60, Beverly, reported since closing the restaurant the previous evening, an unknown suspect(s) forcibly entered the building and stole a sum of cash as well as over thirty cartons of cigarettes. This case remains under investigation (1203).

On 27 Oct 05 Detective Schuck issued a citation to Dustin K. Venham, age 25, 1060 Sugar Run Road, Marietta, for driving under a suspended license. Detective Schuck stopped Mr. Venham at the intersection of Second and Scammel Streets in Marietta.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jeremy Ray Braun, age 21, 205 Market Street, Marietta, for aggravated robbery, a felony. Braun was arrested on Caywood Road by Detective Sirianni of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Oct 05 at 7:40 pm.

Christina Dawn Carter, age 29, 7589 Valleyview Road, St Marys, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Carter was arrested in New Matamoras by Lt. Canavan of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Oct 05 at 8:55 pm.

Zachary John Foreman, age 19, 5245 Horizonview, Cincinnati, for possession of drugs, a felony. Foreman was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Smeeks of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Oct 05 at 9:35 pm.
