On 19 Oct 05 Lt. Wilson issued a citation
to Shane L. O’Conner, age 22, 518 Third Street, Marietta,
for having fictitious registration. Lt. Wilson stopped Mr.
O’Conner on Interstate 77 near exit one in Pioneer Township.
On 19 Oct 05 Lt. Canavan and Deputy Sheriff
Spencer investigated a complaint at 4755 Waterford Road, Marietta.
Gretchen Mace, age 21, 18001 State Route 676, Marietta, informed
the Deputies her friend and her friend’s boyfriend Robert
Lucky Patterson, age 23, Marietta, engaged in an argument earlier
that evening and she arrived at the aforementioned address
to pick up her friend. Immediately after Ms. Mace arrived Mr.
Patterson began threatening her and intimating he would hit
her in the head with a forty ounce Cobra beer bottle. Determining
Ms. Mace believed Mr. Patterson would carry out the threat,
he was arrested for menacing and transported to the Washington
County Jail. While Corrections Officers processed Mr. Patterson
into jail, a marijuana pipe was found in his pocket resulting
in an additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 19 Oct 05 Nicole Richard, age 23, 27375
State Route 7 Lot 23, Marietta, reported between 11:30 the
previous night and 8 that morning an unknown suspect(s) threw
a concrete block through the rear driver’s side window
of her Oldsmobile Bravada and stole her purse that was sitting
on the back seat. This case remains under investigation (292).
On 19 Oct 05 Lt. Wilson issued a citation
to Phillip P. Ertel, age 49, 2246 Miramar Boulevard, University
Heights, OH, for following another vehicle too closely. Lt.
Wilson stopped Mr. Ertel on State Route 7 near County Road
3 in Warren Township.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Robert Lucky Patterson, age 23, Marietta,
for violating the terms of his probation, for menacing, for
possession of drug paraphernalia and for failure to appear,
all misdemeanors. Patterson was arrested on Waterford Road
by Deputy Sheriff Spencer and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 19 Oct 05 at 1:42 am.
Heather Ann Chidester, age 30, 406 Seventh Street, Williamstown,
for possession of drugs and for possession of drug paraphernalia,
both misdemeanors. Chidester was arrested on Maple Street in
Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Oct 05
at 4:51 am.
Joseph Eugene Bohl, age 39, 327 Sixth Street,
Cambridge, for OVI and for driving under a suspended license,
both misdemeanors. Bohl was picked up in Tuscarawas County
by Deputy Sheriff Spencer and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 19 Oct 05 at 1:32 pm.
Christopher Lee Goss, age 21, 819 Ridge Street, for violating
the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Goss was arrested
at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 19 Oct 05 at 2:00 pm.
John George Comsa III, age 51, 111 County House Lane, Marietta,
for failure to comply with the order/signal of an officer,
resisting arrest, OVI, operating without a license, for not
wearing a seat belt, failure to control, for driving under
an OVI suspended license and for having an invalid license
plate, all misdemeanors. Comsa was arrested on County House
Lane by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 19 Oct 05 at 9:40 pm.
Kelly Duane Beaver, age 47, 819 Ridge Street, Marietta, for
domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Beaver was arrested at his
residence by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
19 Oct 05 at 10:50 pm.
Richard Allen Enderle, age 39, 460 Second Street, Logan, OH,
for OVI, for driving under a suspended license, for not wearing
a seat belt and for having fictitious plates, all misdemeanors.
Enderle was arrested on State Route 7 in Belpre by the Ohio
State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 19 Oct 05 at 11:45 pm.
