On 16 Oct 05 Deputy Sheriff Stackpole responded to the scene of the death of a seventy year old Belpre resident. Caused by a tractor and trailer rolling on the man, Deputy Kapple determined the death accidental.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Gregory Eric Richards, age 32, 1834 Mary Street, Myrtle Beach, SC, for .08 breath OVI, for driving outside the marked lanes of travel, for possession of drugs and for possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. Richards was arrested on Fourth Street by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Oct 05 at 4:05 am.

Joshua Scott Gibson, age 21, 109 Washington Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Gibson was arrested on Second Street by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Oct 05 at 4:50 am.

Jamie J. Utt, age 39, 905 Garfield Avenue, Marietta, for failure to confine or restrain a dog, a misdemeanor. Utt was arrested at his residence by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Oct 05 at 8:30 am.

Joseph Hai Bui, age 27, 1175 County House Lane, Marietta, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Bui was arrested on Cisler Lane by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Oct 05 at 2:05 pm.

William Robert Harris, age 25, 116 Harmar Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Harris was arrested in Devola by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Oct 05 at 5:55 pm.
