On 29 Sep 05 Corrections Officers interrupted a dispute between inmates Allyson P. Hensler, age 43, and Amanda M. Chestnut, age 38. From witness statements Sgt. Carr concluded that following a short dispute over the television, Ms. Chestnut commented Ms. Hensler would be in jail until her teeth fell out. Ms. Hensler then came downstairs in W Block of the jail and confronted Ms. Chestnut, with a brawl ensuing and Ms. Chestnut biting Ms. Hensler’s arm. In consequence, Sgt. Carr charged Ms. Hensler with disorderly conduct by fighting and Ms. Chestnut with assault.

On 29 Sep 05 Josh Hendrickson, age 25, 1222 Lancaster Street, Marietta, reported between 21 and 23 Sep 05 his black Raleigh mountain bike was stolen from outside his home. This case remains under investigation (292).

Jeremy R. Braun, age 21, 195 Caywood Road, Marietta, for possession of less than 100 grams of marijuana on 22 Jul 05.

Marc A. Komperda, age 40, 819 Agnes Street, Parkersburg, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $572.

Shannon M. Lang, age 25, 120 Howard Street, Marietta, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $266.50.

Laura A. Ledger, age 38, 3129 W. 46th Street, Cleveland, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $123.50.

Virginia G. Milligan, age 41, 1207A County House Lane, Marietta, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $175.50.

Eric D. Moore, 912 S. Third Avenue, Middleport, OH, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $117.

Amy N. Morris, age 25, 37301 Seventh Avenue, Sardis, OH, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $348.40.

David T. McNeely, age 31, Route 3 Box 731, Arnoldsburg, WV, for driving under a suspended license on 24 Jun 05.

James G. Rollins, age 37, 863 County Road 26, Little Hocking, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $105.30.

Andrew M. Russell, age 19, 103 Sunset Drive, Marietta, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,281.35.

Nalonni R. Smith, age 27, 4214 Packard Street, Parkersburg, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $52.

Michael T. Stanley, age 36, 1311 Roselawn Avenue, Parkersburg, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $755.95.

Nicole L. Weekly, age 28, 411 Florence Street, Belpre, for violating the terms of her probation by failing to show proof of obtaining a valid operator’s license or to serve three days in jail on 12 Sep 05.
