On 28 Sep 05 Jack L. Steinhoff, age 52, 34283
Merrill Ridge Road, Rinard Mills, reported some time during
the last week, two 5.5 horsepower engines were stolen from
oil pumping sites at the end of Baker Run Road in Lawrence
Township. This case remains under investigation (1071).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Brian Lee Miller, age 40, 105 Franklin Street,
Marietta, for violating the terms of a protection order, a
misdemeanor. Miller was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Blasko
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 28 Sep 05 at 1:25 am.
Christopher Ryan Ball, age 26, 25012 State Route 248, Long
Bottom, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on
unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Ball was arrested on US 50 by
Patrolman Fields of the Marietta City Police Department and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Sep 05 at 9:00
am.
Edward Dee Stegner, age 45, 752 Luke Chute
Road, Waterford, for two misdemeanor counts of domestic violence.
Stegner turned himself in to Sgt. Underwood at the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and was processed into the Washington
County Jail on 28 Sep 05 at 9:40 am.
Michele Diane Parsons, age 29, Route 3 Box 282, Parkersburg,
for failure to reinstate her operator’s license and for
speeding, both misdemeanors. Parsons was arrested on US 50
by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 28 Sep 05 at 10:20 am.
Larry Edward Patton, age 34, HC 64 Box 442, Gallagher, WV,
for breaking and entering and for theft, both felonies. Patton
was picked up at the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, KY
by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 28 Sep 05 at 3:45 pm.
Aaron Christopher Goins, age 33, 205 Eureka Avenue, Columbus,
for two felony counts of vandalism and for a misdemeanor count
of domestic violence. Goins was picked up at the Morgan County
line by Sgt. Underwood at the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28
Sep 05 at 4:25 pm.
