On 23 Sep 05 Fred J. Leasure, age 40, 44931 State Route 260, Caldwell, reported between 6 pm last Thursday night and 7 am Friday a Stihl chainsaw was stolen from a logging site along Two Mile Run Road in Cutler. This case remains under investigation (200).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Wayne David Miller, age 29, 2460 State Route 145, Lower Salem, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Miller was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Parks and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Sep 05 at 12:20 am.

William Thomas Klintworth, age 41, 1876 Pine Ridge Road, Fleming, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, for resisting arrest and for obstructing official business, all misdemeanors. Klintworth was arrested in Beverly by Patrolman Oliver of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Sep 05 at 12:30 am.

Patricia Sue Owens, age 28, 902 21st Street, Vienna, for .08 breath OVI, for driving under an FRA suspended license and for driving left of center, all misdemeanors. Owens was arrested on Clement Avenue in Belpre by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Sep 05 at 4:30 am.

Abraham Smith Jr., age 38, 2542 17th Street NE, Canton, for driving under an FRA suspended license and for speeding, both misdemeanors. Smith was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Sep 05 at 9:45 am.

Billy Joe Rush, age 41, 707 Baker Street, Zanesville, for nonsupport of dependants, a misdemeanor. Rush was picked up at the Zanesville Jail by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Sep 05 at 3:40 pm.

Christopher Shane Scarbro, age 33, 900 Glendale Road, Marietta, for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Scarbro was arrested on Colegate Drive in Marietta by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Sep 05 at 7:05 pm.

Aaron Freeman Farnsworth, age 20, 122 Harmar Street, Marietta, for a felony charge of failure to appear and for misdemeanor charges of underage consumption of alcohol and violating the terms of his probation. Farnsworth was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Sep 05 at 11:00 pm.
