On 15 Sep 05 Robert C. Beall, age 51, 836
Pike Street Apt. 11, Marietta, reported after hearing a noise
outside his apartment, opened the door and observed Pamela
V. Ball, age 43, Apt. 23, walking away with an American flag
he had velcroed to his door. While questioning Ms. Ball, Deputy
Parks noticed a flag matching Mr. Beall’s description
in her apartment though she denied it was stolen. In consequence,
Deputy Parks requested a summons for Ms. Ball for theft.
On 15 Sep 05 Deputy Sheriff Eddy responded
to a domestic disturbance at 75 Martin Drive, Fleming, that
erupted after Aaron Kiggans, age 21, discovered his wife Marissa,
age 19, was with an individual that day that she was also with
when the couple was separated. The two continued to scuffle,
shoving and ripping each other’s shirts. Determining
each party equally at fault, Deputy Eddy requested summonses
for Mr. and Mrs. Kiggans for disorderly conduct.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
John Peter Nichols, age 40, 723 Seventh Street,
Marietta, for domestic violence, a felony. Nichols was arrested
on Fifth Street in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 15 Sep 05 at 2:40 am.
Richard George Thomas, age 52, 145 Greenbrier
Circle, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation,
a misdemeanor. Thomas was arrested at the office of Probation
Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 15 Sep 05 at 1:25 pm.
Jack Oden Patterson III, age 21, 719 Orchard Street, Marietta,
for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Patterson
was arrested on Seventh Street in Marietta by Patrolman Douglas
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 15 Sep 05 at 1:50 pm.
Erywin Elias Corp Jr., age 47, 1483 Dutton Hill Road, Macksburg,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Corp was arrested at Marietta Memorial
Hospital by Patrolman Ellenwood of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
15 Sep 05 at 2:00 pm.
Ronald Lee Boley Jr., age 36, Box 279, Belmont, WV, for felony
charges of obstructing official business and domestic violence
and misdemeanor charges of assault, carrying a concealed weapon
and resisting arrest. Boley was arrested on Main Street in
New Matamoras by Chief Travaglio of the New Matamoras Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
15 Sep 05 at 9:40 pm.
Katherine Ann Thorson, age 26, 418 Front Street, Marietta,
for two felony charges of possession of drugs and for misdemeanor
charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of
drug instruments, failure to yield and operating without a
license. Thorson was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio
State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 15 Sep 05 at 10:40 pm.
