On 13 Sep 05 Bob Shepard, age 46, 42 Hickory
Lane, Little Hocking, reported sometime since December of last
year an unknown suspect(s) entered his storage unit at L & J
Mini-Storage and removed a number of items. This case remains
under investigation (586).
On 13 Sep and on 17 Sep 05 Dan Kilmer, age
39, 121 Michigan Avenue, Marietta, reported his ex-wife Alisha,
age 34, 241 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, was at his residence
bickering over the details of their recent divorce and over
arrangements concerning their children and refused to leave
his home after repeatedly asked to do so. As a result, Deputy
Sheriff Malone requested summonses for each instance for Mrs.
Kilmer for trespassing.
On 13 Sep 05 Erwin Cord Jr., age 47, 1483
Dutton Hill Road, reported at some point the previous evening
a person unknown to him forced his way into his house, beat
him up and stole approximately $1,000 in hand tools. This case
remains under investigation (1071).
On 13 Sep 05 the owner of Isner Trucking,
20850 State Route 550, Marietta, reported approximately fifty
brake shoe cores were stolen from outside the business. Mr.
Isner located the suspect and stolen parts at the car crusher
at which time Mr. Isner decided not to pursue the matter since
the suspect returned the property.
On 13 Sep 05 John R. Schneeberger, age 57,
1383 Collins Road, Marietta, reported sometime over the past
two weeks an unknown suspect broke into a rental trailer he
owns at 1200 Collins Road though no items appear to be missing.
This case remains under investigation (597).
On 13 Sep 05 a thirty-nine year old Waterford
resident reported a group of five women threatened her at Quimby’s
Bar around 7 pm that evening. This case remains under investigation
(232).
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrants:
Brandon Chambers, age 23, 1703 East 33rd Street,
Lorain, OH, for acting in contempt of a court order on 4 Aug
05.
Melanie D. Hall, age 35, Shawnee Trailer Court lot 30, Williamstown,
for failing to complete a list of assets and liabilities with
the court.
Tammy L. Seeman, age 34, 1755 Union Street SW, Warren, OH,
for failing to complete a list of assets and liabilities with
the court.
The following
individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Jon Eric Preston, age 24, 4814 15th Avenue,
Parkersburg, for two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear.
Preston turned himself in to Patrolman Hanson of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 13 Sep 05 at 11:45 am.
Charles Edward Haught III, age 21, 717 Greene Street Apt.
B, Marietta, for retaliation, a felony. Haught was arrested
at his residence by Detective Tilton of the Washington County
Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 13 Sep 05 at 1:55 pm.
Donald Lynn Crossno, age 44, 516 Newport Court, Beckley, WV,
for driving under a suspended license and for speeding, both
misdemeanors. Crossno was arrested on Interstate 77 by the
Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 13 Sep 05 at 5:40 pm.
