On 10 Sep 05 Velma Allen, 4117 Dixon Ridge
Road, Lowell, reported while she spent two hours inside the
Wrangler Tavern in Whipple Saturday evening an unknown vehicle
struck the driver’s side door of her 1998 Ford Explorer.
This case remains under investigation (945).
On 10 Sep 05 Justin Gossett, age 24, 407 East
Spring Street, Marietta, reported when he awoke at a friend’s
apartment after a night out with friends, he discovered fifty
dollars and forty-seven Adderall pills missing from his pants
pocket. This case remains under investigation (107).
On 10 Sep 05 a twenty-nine year old Beverly
resident reported his twenty-nine year old wife, intoxicated
and distraught, stabbed herself in the leg with an eight inch
kitchen knife. The Beverly Volunteer Fire Department transported
the woman to Marietta Memorial Hospital for treatment and evaluation
(602).
On 10 Sep 05 Roxie M. Mayle, age 44, 10965
State Route 555, Cutler, reported between 11 pm the previous
evening and 9 that morning an unknown suspect(s) entered her
home by slicing open a window screen and once inside stole
$150 and three prescription medications from her purse. This
case remains under investigation (592).
On 10 Sep 05 Devin M. Haynes, age 19, 15 Walnut
Street, Belpre, reported while his Honda Civic was parked at
Rick’s Speed and Style an unknown suspect(s) punctured
all four of its tires, broke the driver’s side window
and stole a book of CD’s and his checkbook. This case
remains under investigation (592).
On 10 Sep 05 Deputy Sheriff Parks responded
to the scene of a disturbance at the home of Tim McCarty, age
41, 204 Fourth Street, Beverly. Mr. McCarty stated his cousin
Duane J. Burer, age 35, 11510 State Route 821, Warner, arrived
at his residence in a drunken stupor, attempting to instigate
a fight. Mr. McCarty fended off his cousin until gradually
the two began to wrestle, during which time Mr. Burer sustained
several scrapes and lacerations. After Mr. Burer received treatment
for his injuries, Deputy Parks arrested him for disorderly
conduct by intoxication and transported him to the Washington
County Jail.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Joshua Richard Bauer, age 21, 2002 Brandy
Drive, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, for
criminal damaging/endangering and for resisting arrest, all
misdemeanors. Bauer was arrested on Seventh Street in Marietta
by Officer Moon of the Marietta College Police Department and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Sep 05 at 3:36
am.
Casey Drew Sisk, age 24, 5409 Third Avenue, Vienna, for OVI
and for driving outside the marked lanes of travel, both misdemeanors.
Sisk was arrested in Belpre by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Sep 05
at 5:12 am.
John Lee Wyatt, age 48, 4 Marantha Circle, Belpre, for failure
to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor.
Wyatt was arrested on County Road 3 by Sgt. Underwood of the
Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 10 Sep 05 at 10:40 am.
Tony Cameron Hendrickson, age 36, 706 Franklin Avenue, Belpre,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Hendrickson
was arrested on Front Street in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff
Evans and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Sep
05 at 10:50 pm.
