On 30 Aug 05 Harry E. Mugrage, age 68, 226
Third Street, Lowell, reported at some point since 7 pm the
previous evening an unknown suspect(s) removed the CD player
from his unlocked Kia Sephia. This case remains under investigation
(1071).
On 30 Aug 05 Tonya D. Woodley, age 40, 135
Brant Drive, Marietta, reported after discussing the possession
of a desk with her former live-in boyfriend at the Cliffside
Bar, he allegedly shoved her, causing her to be in fear for
safety. This case remains under investigation (232).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Jason Paul Brown, age 29, 1407 Hideaway Woods
Drive, Westerville, OH, for speeding and for driving under
an FRA suspended license, both misdemeanors. Brown was arrested
in Muskingum Township by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Aug 05 at 7:15
am.
Kenneth Eugene Wriston Jr., age 30, 314 Harmar
Street, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered
hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Wriston was arrested
on at his residence by Patrolman Douglas of the Marietta City
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 30 Aug 05 at 11:15 am.
Timothy Wesley Moore Jr., age 28, PO Box 64, Bartlett, for
two felony charges of possession of criminal tools and for
three felony charges of breaking and entering. Moore was picked
up at the Guernsey County Jail by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Aug 05
at 11:30 am.
Angelo Miguel Santos, age 34, 2216 Selzer Avenue, Cleveland,
for a felony charge of complicity in pandering sexually explicit
material involving a minor and for felonious assault. Santos
was picked up at the Allen Correctional Facility by Deputy
Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 30 Aug 05 at 8:05 pm.
Lionel Justin Gore, age 18, 130 Cemetery Drive, New Matamoras,
for receiving stolen property, a felony. Gore was arrested
in Lowell by Detective Brockmeier of the Washington County
Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 30 Aug 05 at 7:45 pm.
