On 22 Aug 05 a thirty-four year old Waterford
woman reported being assaulted by her fourteen year old son.
The victim stated her son was angry at being reprimanded because
of his behavior earlier in the evening, entered his room, locked
the door and began playing his radio at a deafening volume.
Refusing his mother’s order to reduce the volume, the
juvenile slapped, scratched and tackled his mother to the floor.
In consequence to the juvenile’s actions, Deputy Sheriff
Parks arrested the fourteen year old for being delinquent and
transported him to the Washington County Juvenile Detention
Center.
On 22 Aug 05 Adam P. Lemasters, age 25, 2746
Vickers Road, Marietta, reported while being away from his
residence that evening he observed an unidentified male riding
down the road on an ATV he recognized as his Honda Fourtrax
ATV. This case remains under investigation (296).
On 22 Aug 05 Rodney C. Delancey, age 48, Pennock
Trailer Court Lot 64, Beverly, reported as he unloaded groceries
from his vehicle a neighbor’s eight year old stole a
twelve pack of Diet Mountain Dew from his trunk. The child
later returned the soft drinks and Mr. Delancey declined to
pursue charges (1184).
On 22 Aug 05 Stefan L. Haines, age 20, Pennock
Trailer Court Lot 49, Beverly, reported when he and his wife
returned home after an hour bike ride he noticed where an unknown
suspect(s) pried open the door to their trailer, tossed a pile
of clothes on the floor and stole several packs of cigarettes
from his bedroom. This case remains under investigation (597,
1184).

Charles M. Biehl, age 42, 600 Tick Hill Road,
Lowell, for failing to appear to serve twenty-eight days in
jail on 10 Aug 05.
Ricky D. Hines, age 43, 121 Muskingum Drive Apt. 2, Marietta,
for failing to appear to serve three days in jail on 24 May
05.
Robert L. Patterson, age 22, 424 Third Street, Marietta, for
failing to appear to serve two days in jail on 11 Aug 05 and
for failing to pay $200 in fines.
James R. Rodes, age 26, Route 1 Box 111B, Belleville, WV,
for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines in the sum of $370.50.
Karen S. Rogers, age 44, 802 Collins Road, Whipple, for contempt
for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines in the sum of $118.30.
Kyle J. Sheldon, age 21, 1320 Maplewood Court, Dewitt, IA,
for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines in the sum of $747.50.
Kaila Moore, age 19, 415 North Granville Road, Baltimore,
OH, for two counts of complicity in breaking and entering and
for possession of criminal tools on 6 Aug 05.
Jeffrey G. Norris, age 22, 301 W. Walnut Street Apt. 7, Junction
City, OH, for two counts of breaking and entering and for possession
of criminal tools on 6 Aug 05.
Timothy W. Moore, age 28, PO Box 64, Bartlett, for complicity
in breaking and entering and for possession of criminal tools
on 6 Aug 05 and for one count of each charge on 30 Jul 05.
