On 16 Aug 05 Regina L. Young, age 55, 2010 Sugar Run Road, Marietta, reported on 27 Jul 05 she noticed where a passerby threw a bag of refuse out along Sugar Run Road near milepost 1.5. This case remains under investigation (695).

On 16 Aug 05 Craig Nichols, age 50, 325 South Seventh Street, Marietta, reported as he was cleaning his property at the Riverview Trailer Park on Beach Drive in Belpre, an angry neighbor confronted him over the presence of a makeshift fence on Mr. Nichols’ property. The neighbor, James Spader, age 56, 2815 Beach Drive, Belpre, continued his fulmination against Mr. Nichols exclaiming that even though punching him would make him feel better it wouldn’t accomplish anything. As a result of Mr. Spader’s actions Deputy Norman requested a summons for him for disorderly conduct.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

James R. Busch, age 24, 1005 Pike Street, Marietta, for breach of recognizance on 15 Dec 04 and for contempt for failing to appear for trial and for a probation violation hearing both on 6 Jul 05.

Blake E. Stoneman, age 21, 2211 Sixth Avenue, Parkersburg, for operating a vehicle while under suspension.
