On 13 Aug 05 Jackie Walker, age 39, 525 Mitchell
Avenue Apt. 5, Beverly, reported between 11 pm the previous
evening and 10 that morning, an unknown suspect(s) entered
her unoccupied, unlocked apartment and stole three game systems,
300 CD’s, a laptop computer, a home computer and 300
DVD’s. This case remains under investigation (1203).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Jed Lucas Lessard, age 19, 242 Pennsylvania
Avenue Apt. 8, Marietta, for two counts of failure to appear,
for speeding and for driving under a suspended license, all
misdemeanors. Lessard was arrested on State Route 7 by the
Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 13 Aug 05 at 12:24 am.
Steven Douglas Felton, age 52, 715 Quarry Street, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication and for possession of
drugs, both misdemeanors. Felton was arrested on Gilman Avenue
in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
13 Aug 05 at 9:25 pm.
