On 8 Aug 05 Thomas E. Morrison, age 60, 970 Dixon Ridge Road, Lowell, reported over the past four weeks a .22 caliber handgun, a hunting knife and a Rigid cordless drill were stolen from his garage. This case remains under investigation (1184).

On 8 Aug 05 Zachary Cunningham, age 23, 117 Morningside Drive, Marietta, reported being awakened at 5:05 am by the sound of a window being broken. Upon further inspection it appeared the screen was moved and the window broken in a failed attempt to enter his home. This case remains under investigation (292).

On 8 Aug 05 Lt. Wilson issued a citation to Edward D. Venham, age 51, 2310 Norris Avenue, Belpre, for having a fictitious registration. Lt. Wilson stopped Mr. Venham on the 200 Block of Second Street in Marietta.

On 8 Aug 05 Lt. Wilson issued a citation to Eric T. Kidder, age 33, 10414 Veto Road, Belpre, for driving under a non-compliance suspended license. Lt. Wilson stopped Mr. Kidder on State Route 7 near County Road 51 in Dunham Township.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Matthew Scott Brown, age 23, 27400 State Route 7 Lot 63, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication and for obstructing justice, both misdemeanors. Brown was arrested in New Matamoras by Chief Travaglio of the New Matamoras Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Aug 05 at 5:10 am.

Jessica Ann Malone, age 23, 304 Maple Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Malone was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Ferrell and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Aug 05 at 10:10 am.

Victoriano Ruiz, age 31, Marietta, for driving under a suspended license and for having fictitious plates, both misdemeanors. Ruiz was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Aug 05 at 12:35 pm.

Randall Wayne Delancey, age 41, 308 Main Street, Lowell, for failure to register a change of address as a registered sex offender, a felony. Delancey was arrested on State Route 60 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Aug 05 at 1:10 pm.

Shaun Paul Hardie, age 24, 3650 Miller Lane, Reno, for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Hardie was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Gault and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Aug 05 at 2:00 pm.

Paul Michael Harris, age 19, 407 Eighth Street, Belpre, a fugitive from justice. Harris was arrested on Eighth Street by Patrolman Davis of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Aug 05 at 2:39 pm.
