On 3 Aug 05 a forty-five year old Belpre resident
reported his seventeen year old daughter refused to return
home from the Bartlett Corner Store. Acquiescing, the juvenile
returned under the stipulation she could drive her boyfriend
home and come back immediately. At that point, the juvenile
left and had yet to reappear two hours later. This case remains
under investigation (200, 305).
On 3 Aug 05 Jacque Crites, age 51, 516 Eyermann
Road, Belpre, reported a person whom she recognized allegedly
drove without permission across a vacant lot she owns off
Ruth Road in Belpre. This case remains under investigation
(602).
On 3 Aug 05 Duane D. Lunsford, age 19, 878
Needs Green Acres, Waterford, reported an acquaintance, unprovoked,
punched him in the chest while he was at the Exxon in Beverly
that evening. This case remains under investigation (1184).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Robert Lucky Patterson, age 22, 424 Third
Street Apt. 3, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by fighting,
a misdemeanor. Patterson was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta
by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Aug 05 at
12:55 am.
Aaron Joseph Streight, age 26, 4791 Waterford
Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of a protection order,
a misdemeanor. Streight was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman
Douglas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 3 Aug 05 at 11:10 am.
Serena Charlene Lindsey, age 29, 21 Mountaineer Mobile Home
Court Lot H, Williamstown, for violating the terms of her probation,
a misdemeanor. Lindsey was arrested at the office of Probation
Officer Ketelsen and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 3 Aug 05 at 2:40 pm.
Daniel Boone Grose Jr., age 30, for the use of deception to
obtain a dangerous drug, a felony. Grose was picked up at the
North Central Regional Jail in Charleston by Deputy Sheriff
Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on
3 Aug 05 at 3:10 pm.
