On 2 Aug 05 Stacey Osborne, age 30, 529 Federal
Road, Little Hocking, reported her ex-husband, who also resides
with her, took her purse and locked it in his truck in retaliation
allegedly because she turned two of his shirts into Children’s
Services she deemed as pornographic. The ex-husband later returned
the purse without incident (586).
On 2 Aug 05 a member of Cutler Chapel, 11078
Veto Road, Cutler, reported after inadvertently leaving the
church unlocked Sunday, an unknown suspect entered the building
and removed approximately two hundred dollars and a stereo
system. This case remains under investigation (602).

were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Jackson O. Patterson III, age 21, 405 Lord
Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his parole, a
felony. Patterson was arrested at Walmart in Marietta by Patrolman
Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 2 Aug 05 at 2:20 am.
Justin Ryan Schroeder, age 23, 6235 Fifteenmile Creek Road,
Wingett Run, for OVI, a misdemeanor. Schroeder was arrested
on Muskingum Drive by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 2 Aug 05 at 3:45 am.
Matthew Jay Iman, age 38, 13800 McMullen Highway, Cumberland,
MD, for felony charges of theft and attempted assault and for
misdemeanor charges of assault, theft, cruelty to animals and
failure to appear. Iman was picked up at the Western Correctional
Institution by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 2 Aug 05 at 3:20 pm.
Randal Lee Schwendeman, age 46, 184 Cats Creek Road, Lowell,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Schwendeman
was arrested at his residence by Probation Officer Hamilton
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Aug 05 at
8:00 pm.
Shane Arnold Britton, age 33, 609 Fourth Street, New Matamoras,
for domestic violence, a felony. Britton was arrested on Dawes
Circle in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 2 Aug 05 at 10:40 pm.
Daniel Ray Hickman, age 20, 313 Blennerhassett Avenue, Belpre,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Hickman was arrested at his residence
by Patrolman Morris of the Belpre City Police Department and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Aug 05 at 10:50
pm.
