On 28 Jul 05 Sheila A. Winebrenner, age 44,
15685 Waterford Road, Waterford, reported since last flipping
her mattress two months ago an unknown suspect stole a Smith
and Wesson handgun from between the bedroom mattress and bed
frame. This case remains under investigation (592).
On 28 Jul 05 Homer Wilson, age 71, 2707 Lenore
Street, Parkersburg, reported the previous day an unknown suspect
took his truck from his property on Carson Lane in Belpre at
7:30 am and returned it at 4:30 pm the same day with its tailgate
missing. This case remains under investigation (945).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Quinton Shane Reeve Sipes, age 29, 27360 State
Route 7 Lot 20, Marietta, for driving under an FRA suspended
license and for failure to register, both misdemeanors. Sipes
was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Kampmeier of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 28 Jul 05 at 3:00 am.
Matthew Lester Jones, age 21, Putnam Place
Apt. 6, Marietta, for breaking and entering, a felony. Jones
was arrested at Colonial Terrace by Detective Johnson of the
Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 28 Jul 05 at 9:53 am.
Michael Jay Babcock, age 28, 470 Cornerville Road, Marietta,
for possession of drugs, a felony. Babcock was picked up at
the North Central Regional Jail by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Jul 05
at 11:45 am.
Patrick Eugene Hupp, age 48, Box 1044, Parkersburg, for being
a fugitive from justice and for a misdemeanor count of contempt
of a court order. Hupp was arrested in Beverly by Sgt. Underwood
of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 28 Jul 05 at 1:30 pm.
Chad Kyle Kammerlohr, age 32, 533 Third Street, Marietta,
for felonious assault. Kammerlohr was arrested on Seventh Street
in Marietta by Detective Johnson of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28
Jul 05 at 3:32 pm.
Matthew Louis Fourman, age 27, 1209 County House Lane Apt.
C, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor.
Fourman was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Ketelsen
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Jul 05
at 4:30 pm.
