On 25 Jul 05 Justin Tucker, age 23, an inmate
at the Washington County Jail, reported he believes another
inmate stole and used without permission, his prepaid calling
card. After being interviewed numerous times Mr. Tucker recalled
giving permission to the alleged perpetrator to use his card.
On 25 Jul 05 Deputy Sheriff Spencer investigated
an assault that transpired in the vicinity of Mitchell Manor
in Beverly. Brandon Mitchell, age 23, Second Street Lot 4,
Beverly, informed Deputy Spencer hew was sitting in his vehicle
when William J. Carter, age 20, 610 Main Street, Waterford,
accosted and berated him for being a witness against him
in a pending theft case. Mr. Carter then struck him in the
face
and threatened him further harm if he continued to cooperate.
In consequence, Deputy Spencer requested a warrant for Mr.
Carter for retaliation.
On 25 Jul 05 Lt. Wilson issued a citation
to Patricia J. Lohr, 76 Brush Road, Marietta, for failing to
stop at a traffic light. Lt. Wilson stopped Ms. Lohr at the
intersection of Third and Washington Streets in Marietta.
On 25 Jul 05 a seventeen year old Cutler resident
reported between 10 pm Sunday night and 2 pm that afternoon
an unknown suspect entered her unlocked Pontiac Sunfire and
neatly removed her CD player. This case remains under investigation
(586).
On 25 Jul 05 the owner of Marietta Silos,
2417 Waterford Road, Marietta, reported some time over the
weekend, unknown suspects entered his business, ransacked the
office and stole approximately $120. This case remains under
investigation (200, 305).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Craig Anthony Curtis, age 48, 3054 Allegheny
Avenue Apt. B, Columbus, for driving under a suspended license,
a misdemeanor. Curtis was picked up in Franklin County by Deputy
Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 25 Jul 05 at 10:00 am.
Robert Matthew Parrish, age 28, for burglary, theft and robbery,
all felonies. Parrish was picked up at the Noble Correctional
Facility by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 25 Jul 05 at 3:35 pm.
Eric Ellis Luke, age 18, 808 Eighth Street, Marietta, for
theft, for violating the terms of his probation, for having
fictitious plates, for not wearing a seat belt and for two
counts of assault, all misdemeanors. Luke was arrested at his
residence by Juvenile Probation Officer Collins and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jul 05 at 3:45 pm.
