not have identification on her so she provided her social security
number and a date of birth. The given information returned
an active warrant for an Ashley L. Ohse, but Ms. Eddy repeatedly

Stackpole investigated a claim by Brenton Metz, age 21, 121
Kentucky Avenue, Marietta, alleging he was slapped by Joanne
O’Brien, age 44, 111 Robson Road, Marietta, at her residence.
Mr. Metz stated he rode his bike to Ms. O’Brien’s
residence to speak with his cousin’s estranged husband
and his cousin, Alisha J. Kilmer, age 34, 121 Kentucky Avenue,
did not know he was there because it would be in violation
of a protection order Ms. O’Brien has against Ms. Kilmer.
As the murky details of the situation became clear, Deputy
Stackpole concluded Ms. Kilmer drove Mr. Metz to Ms. O’Brien’s
home to make contact with her husband, a specific violation
of the protection order. As a result, Deputy Stackpole arrested
Ms. Kilmer for violating the terms of a protection order and
Mr. Metz for falsification and transported them to the Washington
County Jail.
