On 21 Jul 05 Lt. Wilson issued a citation
to Daniel F. Collins, age 22, 3047 Mayapple Drive, Hudson,
OH, for traveling 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. Lt. Wilson stopped
Mr. Collins on State Route 7 near County Road 3 in Dunham Township.
On 21 Jul 05 Lt. Wilson issued a citation
to a sixteen year old Cambridge resident for operating an off
road motorcycle on the roadway without a license. Lt. Wilson
stopped Mr. Collins on State Route 550 near State Route 555
in Wesley Township.
On 21 Jul 05 Deputy Sheriff Evans responded
to the scene of a domestic disturbance at 2335 Sealy Ridge
Road, Vincent. Deputy Evans deduced that following an argument
Kalitta N. Vincent, age 19, 2331 Sealy Ridge Road, drove by
the residence of her father, Lowell D. Vincent II, age 41,
cursing and threatening to shoot him, stating “I will
gladly spend my life in prison to kill you.” Due to the
fact that Mr. Vincent was in fear for his safety and that the
whereabouts of Ms. Vincent were indiscernible at the time,
Deputy Evans requested a warrant for her for domestic violence.
On 21 Jul 05 James H. Wilson, age 54, 2720
Beach Drive, Belpre, reported at some point since the previous
evening an unknown suspect removed and cracked the rear driver
side window of his 1992 Plymouth Voyager. This case remains
under investigation (232).
On 21 Jul 05 a forty year old Marietta resident
reported being told by her sixteen year old son that his father,
with whom he lives, continually threatens to knock his teeth
out. This case remains under investigation (1071).
On 21 Jul 05 Robert E. Spence, age 77, 385
Joe Skinner Road, Belpre, reported since a family member and
his wife moved in with him last December, the two allegedly
embezzled over $3,500 from his checking account for various
expenses including a dental bill. This case remains under investigation
(232).
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrants:
Christina G. Baker, age 24, 280 Indian Run
Road, Marietta, for contempt for failing to appear at a court
ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,060.80.
Kraig E. Brand, age 46, 4139 Kraig Road, New Matamoras, for
contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on
unpaid fines in the sum of $2,248.33.
Jimmy C. Chapman, age 54, 4655 Winifred Street, Wayne, MI,
for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines in the sum of $505.70.
Stanley J. Hockenbrock, age 51, 624 Tenth Street, Huntington,
WV, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines in the sum of $58.50.
Sonya L. Weaver, age 19, 2904 Tenth Avenue, Parkersburg, for
providing false information to a law enforcement officer on
6 Mar 05.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
James Walker Stull, age 28, 2112 Rockland
Avenue, Belpre, a fugitive from justice, a felony. Stull was
arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Morris of the Belpre City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
21 Jul 05 at 1:35 am.
Michael Allen Emerick Sr., age 47, 4015 Patten Mills Road,
Stockport, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines and for being a repeat traffic offender, both
misdemeanors. Emerick was arrested on State Route 618 in Belpre
by Deputy Sheriff Smithberger and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 21 Jul 05 at 6:00 am.
John Wayne Luke, age 44, 717 Quarry Street,
Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor.
Luke was arrested at his residence by Probation Officer Hamilton
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Jul 05
at 4:00 pm.
