On 17 Jul 05 Deputy Sheriff Malone issued
a citation to Billy J. Toncray, age 29, 1220 Clement Avenue,
Belpre, for driving under an FRA suspended license. Deputy
Malone stopped Mr. Toncray on State Route 339 near Railroad
Street in Belpre Township.
On 17 Jul 05 Deputy Sheriff Evans provided
assistance to Susan Woodward, age 40, 705 Dugan Road, Belpre,
following an attack perpetrated on her by a trio of renegade
roaming donkeys. Ms. Woodward informed Deputy Evans as the
animals came onto her property through the adjacent woods and
as she attempted to contain them in her yard the alpha-donkey
(leader of the group) attacked her. As a neighbor arrived to
assist, the donkey had knocked Ms. Woodward down into a ditch,
was kicking her and had bitten her in both legs and on the
arm. Unable to locate the owner of the donkeys, Deputy Evans
referred this case to the county Humane Officer for further
investigation.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Charles Michael Biehl, age 42, 600 Tick Hill
Road, Lowell, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor.
Biehl was arrested at his residence by Sgt. Gherke of the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 17 Jul 05 at 12:20 am.
Vicki Lynn McKay, age 33, 511 13 ½ Street, Parkersburg,
for possession of drugs, a felony. McKay was arrested on Greene
Street by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 17 Jul 05 at 12:30 am.
Terry Lee Chidester Jr., age 27, 623 Virginia Street Apt.
104, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor.
Chidester was arrested on Front Street by Patrolman McCracken
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 17 Jul 05 at 4:45 am.
Jessica Lynn McKitrick, age 27, 152 Dawes Circle Apt. 152,
Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor.
McKitrick was arrested on Front Street by Patrolman McCracken
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 17 Jul 05 at 4:52 am.
