On 6 Jul 05 Michael Brookover, age 41, 27625
Huckleberry Road, Coolville, reported after purchasing a house
trailer from and paying rent to an acquaintance for property
along the Muskingum River in Lowell, the acquaintance allegedly
continues to rent the trailer and property as if he still owns
it. This case remains under investigation (945).
On 6 Jul 05 Deputy Sheriff Parks was dispatched
to Tennis Center Drive in Marietta after receiving reports
concerning a naked man masturbating in front of a window at
122 Tennis Center Drive Apt. 22. When the apartments other
residents allowed Deputy Parks to enter the apartment, Kirk
Urban, age 30, leapt out the window, still naked and was spotted
by other passersby hiding in the foliage around Gates Green
Apartments. Deputy Parks located Mr. Urban, arrested him for
public indecency and transported him to the Washington County
Jail.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Michael Dion Cross Sr., age 35, 1757 Wakefield
Drive, Akron, for four felony counts of forgery and for misdemeanor
charges of identity theft, obstructing official business, falsification,
criminal simulation and theft. Cross was arrested in Marietta
by Patrolman Hilverding of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Jul 05 at
12:03 am.
Garry Dean Morey, age 26, 313 Lancaster Street, Marietta,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Morey
was arrested on Maple Street by Probation Officer Hamilton
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Jul 05 at
5:00 am.
David Marlin Pritchard, age 43, Route 1 Box
265, Newport, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Pritchard was arrested Pike
Street in Marietta by Patrolman Hanson of the Marietta City
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 6 Jul 05 at 1:15 pm.
Donna Lea Whited, age 49, 1479 Collins Avenue, Marysville,
OH, for sexual battery, a felony. Whited was picked up in Marysville
by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 6 Jul 05 at 6:30 pm.
