On 1 Jul 05 Lt. Wilson issued a citation to Sandra K. Heeter, age 29, 14350 State Route 555, Cutler, for driving under a suspended license, for failure to register and for failure to display her license plates. Lt. Wilson stopped Ms. Heeter near Turkey Hollow Road on State Route 555 in Decatur Township.

On 1 Jul 05 an employee of Phoenix and Associates, Parkersburg, reported between last Thursday afternoon and Friday morning an unknown suspect(s) forcibly entered the business’ job trailer on Dalzell Road and stole a Nikon digital laser and tripod. This case remains under investigation (296).

On 1 Jul 05 Deputy Sheriffs Rhodes and Smithberger responded to a report from the New Matamoras EMS that they were transporting a twenty-three year old New Matamoras woman to the emergency room after she intentionally overdosed on two prescription medications.

On 1 Jul 05 Deputy Sheriff Parks received a report from Mary Beth Wilson, age 24, 435 Calder Ridge Road, Belpre, stating when she went to her residence to collect some belongings her husband Harley, age 26, pointed a handgun at her and her parents and threatened to shoot them. Also involved was the couple’s two year old son, who at the time of the incident was standing in between the two factions. When questioned, Mr. Wilson acknowledged pointing the gun and threatening his wife and his in-laws. In consequence Deputy Parks arrested Mr. Wilson for carrying a concealed weapon, for aggravated menacing and for child endangerment.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Adam D. Mason, age 21, 2100 Hill Street Apt. G, Belpre, for failing to appear to serve three days in jail on 26 Jun 05.

Dale E. Dalrymple, age 27, 773 Old Beavertown Road, New Matamoras, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 20 Jun 05.

Mary B. Wilson, age 24, 435 Calder Ridge Road, Belpre, for child endangerment on 30 Jun 05.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Donald Burnett Jr., age 33, 138 Rauch Drive, Marietta, for OVI, for driving left of center and for breach of recognizance, all misdemeanors. Burnett was arrested at McDonald’s on Glendale in Marietta by Patrolman Hively of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jul 05 at 2:50 pm.

Mary Beth Wilson, age 24, 435 Calder Ridge Road, Belpre, for child endangerment, a misdemeanor. Wilson was arrested at her residence by Sgt. Gherke of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jul 05 at 3:50 pm.
