On 28 Jun 05 Sandra R. Dennis, age 53, 106
Randolph Drive, Reno, reported between 2 am and 8 am that morning,
her purse containing over six hundred dollars in cash, prescriptions,
credit cards and eyeglasses were stolen from her Toyota 4Runner.
This case remains under investigation (107).
On 28 Jun 05 Patricia C. Jackson, age 47,
70 Turkey Hollow Road, Cutler, reported she believes an unidentified
suspect loosened the screw on the brake line of her SUV sometime
last week and also cut a line connected to her home’s
air conditioning unit the previous day. This case remains under
investigation (205).
On 28 Jun 05 Deputy Sheriff Huck investigated
a domestic dispute between a father and his daughter at 2331
Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent. Through witness statements Deputy
Huck determined Lowell D. Vincent, age 41, 321 Sixth Street,
Marietta, appeared at his estranged wife’s home to pick
up a vehicle and immediately began yelling at his wife. Mr.
Vincent continued to yell, now involving his daughter Kalitta,
age 19. When her father invaded her personal space, Ms. Vincent
hit her father in the forehead with a pushing motion, causing
him to retaliate by slapping her across the face. Being that
each party was equally at fault Deputy Huck arrested Mr. Vincent
and his daughter for domestic violence and transported them
to the Washington County Jail.

Karen Coe, age 54, 10557 State Route 555,
Cutler, for failing to appear for a debtor’s exam on
29 Apr 05.
John Wyatt, age 48, 4 Maranatha Circle, Belpre, for failing
to appear for a debtor’s exam on 29 Apr 05.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Michael Alan Lightfritz, age 25, 717 Quarry
Street, Marietta, for theft, a felony. Lightfritz was arrested
near the Williamstown Bridge by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 28 Jun 05 at 12:25 am.
Kalitta Nicole Vincent, age 19, 2331 Sealy
Ridge Road, Vincent, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor.
Vincent was arrested on Sealy Ridge Road by Deputy Sheriff
Huck and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Jun
05 at 1:15 pm.

for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Vincent was arrested
on Sealy Ridge Road by Deputy Sheriff Huck and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 27 Jun 05 at 1:15 pm.
Travis Lloyd Cunningham, age 20, 1830 Mineral Road, New Marshfield,
OH, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearting on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Cunningham was picked up at the Southeastern
Regional Jail in Nelsonville by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Jun 05
at 5:10 pm.
Brian Eugene Pomas, age 20, 33 John Street, Nelsonville, for
theft, a felony. Pomas was picked up at the Southeastern Regional
Jail in Nelsonville by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 28 Jun 05 at 5:10 pm.
Jason Ross Poling, age 23, 5 Elk Avenue, St Marys, for violating
the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Poling turned himself
in to Corrections Officer Bichard and was processed into the
Washington County Jail on 28 Jun 05 at 8:00 pm.
