On 17 Jun 05 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued
a citation to Robert E. Murphy, age 46, 15747 Waterford Road,
Waterford, for blocking a driveway with his vehicle. Deputy
Mankins issued Mr. Murphy the citation near 15757 Waterford
Road in Waterford Township.
On 17 Jun 05 Mary Ann Cole, age 30, 1265 Leith
Run Road, New Matamoras, reported despite ordering several
individuals not to ride their ATV’s on her property they
continued to do so. This case remains under investigation (695).
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrants:
Jason R. Poling, age 23, 2508 Rock Run Road,
St Marys, for violating the terms of his probation by failing
to maintain contact with his probation officer and for failing
to show proof of completion counseling as ordered by the court.
Thomas J. Reischman, age 56, 200 Walnut Street, Whipple, for
OVI and for failing to use a turn signal on 22 Apr 05.
David L. Rowe Jr., age 28, 1572 Elizabeth Street, Belpre,
for contempt for failure to appear for a hearing, having been
indicted for domestic violence.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Charles William Baker III, age 32, 1042 Colvert
Run Road, Waterford, for a felony charge of violating the terms
of his parole and for a misdemeanor charge of being in physical
control of a vehicle while under the influence. Baker was arrested
on Pike Street in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 17 Jun 05 at 2:25 am.
Johnathan Lamar Kennedy, age 34, 509 Wirt Street, Belpre,
for operating without or with an expired operator’s license
and for not wearing a seat belt, both misdemeanors. Kennedy
was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Jun 05
at 3:35 am.
David Ray Burwell, age 47, Marietta, for violating
the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Burwell was arrested
at the Four Seasons in Marietta by Patrolman Linscott of the
Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 17 Jun 05 at 11:55 pm.
