On 15 Jun 05 Deputy Sheriff Norman requested summonses for Eric Luke, age 18, 808 Eighth Street, Marietta, and for a sixteen year old Marietta resident to appear in court following an investigation into the theft of items from two vehicles in the Lower Salem area.

On 15 Jun 05 Dennis Jenkins, age 36, 128 Oak Hill Road, Cutler, reported while he was imbibing libations with his girlfriend at the Cliffside Carryout that afternoon, his ex-wife appeared and angry he was with his girlfriend, allegedly broke a window of his rented camper and drove off in the 2004 GMC Yukon the estranged couple co-owns. This case remains under investigation (586).

On 15 Jun 05 Paul Harshberger Jr., age 54, 190 Harshberger Lane, Amesville, reported when returned to his home after being in North Carolina for eleven days, he noticed a kitchen window was broken and several gallon jars, glasses, CD’s, towels, meat, bread, VHS tapes, vases, and a number of keys had been stolen. This case remains under investigation (695).
