On 8 Jun 05 Connie Morgan, age 30, 319 Simpson Street, Marietta, reported that afternoon while she was working on her home computer, she received an instant message from Josh Lauderman, age 24, 114 Oakview Drive Apt. 5, Marietta, stating he hated her and did not want any more contact with her. Being that the instant message from Mr. Lauderman was a violation of a protection order granted to Ms. Morgan, Sgt. Gherke arrested Mr. Lauderman at his residence and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Stephen E. Patterson, age 26, 104 Spring Avenue Apt. C, Pomeroy, for passi9ng bad checks, a misdemeanor. Patterson was picked up at the Southeast Regional Jail by Patrolman Ellenwood of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Jun 05 at 11:30 am.

Joshua Steven Lauderman, age 21, 114 Oakview Drive Apt. 5, Marietta, for violating the terms of a protection order, misdemeanor. Lauderman was arrested at his residence by Sgt. Gherke of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Jun 05 at 2:30 pm.

Lee Anna Newbanks, age 22, 1588 Federal Road, Little Hocking, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Newbanks was arrested at the Courthouse by Deputy Sheriff Farrell and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Jun 05 at 3:35 pm.

Argle Francis Mayle II, age 44, 580 Pinetree Drive, Reedsville, OH, for OVI, for speeding, for driving under a suspended license and for not wearing a seat belt, all misdemeanors. Mayle was arrested near milepost two on US 50 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Jun 05 at 9:50 pm.
