On 5 Jun 05 while southbound on State Route
60, Deputy Sheriff Norman witnessed a northbound vehicle travel
left of the centerline into oncoming traffic. Stopping the
driver, Deputy Norman detected an odor of alcohol on Daniel
R. Schaad, age 25, 1710 Centerband Drive, Beverly. Following
his poor performance on field sobriety tests, Deputy Norman
arrested Mr. Schaad for OVI and for driving left of center
and transported him to the Washington County Jail.
On 5 Jun 05 Sharon Morgan, age 33, 12091 Muskingum
River Road, Lowell, reported when she awoke at 6:30 that morning
her 2001 Pontiac Grand Am was missing from outside her home.
After further investigation Deputy Sheriff Eddy concluded the
vehicle was repossessed.
On 5 Jun 05 Deputy Sheriff Rhodes responded
to 60 Wrights Road, Marietta, following a report concerning
an intoxicated male threatening to harm himself. The home’s
resident, Eric D. Noland, age 31, admitted consuming seventeen
beers and his cousins confirmed he threatened to shoot himself.
As a result, Deputy Rhodes arrested Mr. Noland for disorderly
conduct by intoxication and transported him to the Washington
County Jail.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Daniel Roger Schaad, age 25, 1710 Centerbend
Road, Beverly, for .17 breath OVI and for driving left of center,
both misdemeanors. Schaad was arrested on State Route 60 by
Deputy Sheriff Norman and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 5 Jun 05 at 2:20 am.
Marcus Earl McDonald, age 47, 411 O’Neill Street Apt.
B, Belpre, for passing bad checks, a misdemeanor. McDonald
was arrested at his residence by Sgt. Underwood of the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 5 Jun 05 at 3:35 pm.
Tony Cameron Hendrickson, age 35, 706 Franklin Avenue, Belpre,
for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Hendrickson was arrested
at his residence by Patrolman Morris of the Belpre City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
5 Jun 05 at 7:45 pm.
