On 4 Jun 05 Deputy Sheriff Kapple issued a
citation to Lois A. Panther, age 24, 128 Rosemar Terrace, Parkersburg,
for driving under a suspended license. Deputy Kapple stopped
Ms. Panther on Sealy Ridge Road in Dunham Township.
On 4 Jun 05 Billy Robertson, age 26, 1009
Lynn Street Apt. B, Parkersburg, reported while he was riding
an ATV in the vicinity of Sealy Ridge Road that afternoon he
recognized an ATV belonging to him that his brother reported
stolen from his home on Tadpole Road two weeks ago. Deputy
Sheriff Kapple forwarded the supporting evidence in this case
to the Prosecutor’s Office for grand jury consideration.
On 4 Jun 05 Loretta L. McCutcheon, age 37,
365 Main Street, Waterford, reported when her sister, Mildred
I. Dauchenbaugh, age 35, 323 Main Street Apt. 3, Waterford,
returned from Quimby’s Bar and repeatedly threatened
to kill her. While en route Sgt. Hiatt located Ms. Dauchenbaugh
staggering along State Route 339 headed toward Beverly. Deputy
Sheriff Stackpole continued on to meet with Ms. McCutcheon,
who informed him she was in fear for her safety when her sister
threatened her. Based on their investigation Deputy Stackpole
arrested Ms. Dauchenbaugh for domestic violence and disorderly
conduct by intoxication and transported her to the Washington
County Jail.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Jon Marc Carpenter, age 31, Route 3 Box 64,
Williamstown, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Carpenter
was arrested on Greene Street by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Jun 05 at
12:55 am.
Ronald Glenn Wright, age 47, 7298 Bethany Ridge Road, Guysville,
OH, for .08 breath OVI and for speeding, both misdemeanors.
Wright was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway
Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Jun
05 at 3:30 am.
Alton Ray Wells Jr., age 32, Marietta, for nonsupport of dependants,
a misdemeanor. Wells was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio
State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 4 Jun 05 at 8:55 pm.
Mildred I. Dauchenbaugh, age 35, 363 Main Street, Waterford,
for domestic violence and for disorderly conduct by intoxication,
both misdemeanors. Dauchenbaugh was arrested at her residence
by Deputy Sheriff Stackpole and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 4 Jun 05 at 11:10 pm.
