On 2 Jun 05, after receiving a phone call
from school officials her son was sick, a thirty-four year
old Fleming resident reported she was taking her fifteen year
old son to the hospital because he admitted consuming an unknown
clear liquid and a red pill. Following an investigation Deputy
Kapple learned the student received the items from an individual
in Williamstown the previous day and ingested alcohol while
walking to the bus stop that morning. In consequence, Deputy
Kapple requested a summons for the Juvenile to appear in Juvenile
Court for being delinquent.
On 2 Jun 05 Detective Johnson requested a
summons for a fifteen year old Warren High School student,
who on 3 Mar 05, was determined to have taken two Ritalin pills
to school and gave one to another student.
On 2 Jun 05 Deputy Sheriff Evans investigated
a single vehicle accident at 505 Beebe Road, Waterford. Traveling
at a high rate of speed as he turned from northbound on Dixon
Road, David L. Dixon, age 49, 30230 Kuhn Road, Lewisville,
OH, lost control of his Chevy S-10 in loose gravel, careening
into a small pond at the end of the driveway. Neither Mr. Dixon
nor his passenger reported injuries; his vehicle was towed
from the scene.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Robert Matthew Parrish, age 28, 207 Aurora
Street Apt. C, Marietta, for auto theft, a felony. Parrish
was arrested on Dawes Circle by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Jun 05 at 8:20
pm.
Justin Allen Tucker, age 23, 233 Hillcrest Drive, Marietta,
for theft, a misdemeanor. Tucker was arrested in Marietta by
Deputy Sheriff Stackpole and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 2 Jun 05 at 9:30 pm.
