On 1 Jun 05 Fred Ellis, age 33, 700 Front
Street, New Matamoras, reported between Monday night and Tuesday
morning a 50cc Honda Z50 minibike was stolen from his garage.
This case remains under investigation (586).
On 1 Jun 05 Lt. Wilson and Deputy Sheriff
Norman performed a welfare check at 13357 State Route 7, Marietta,
after receiving reports that Linda Spriggs, age 44, was threatening
to harm herself. Uncooperative and refusing to answer questions,
Deputy Norman arrested Ms. Spriggs for disorderly conduct and
transported her to the Washington County Jail.
On 1 Jun 05 while on patrol, a fifteen year
old Waterford resident flagged down Deputy Sheriff Ortiz and
informed him that she believed she was being stalked by the
driver of a passing vehicle. Speaking with the juvenile’s
mother, Deputy Ortiz determined the incident was simply a misunderstanding.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Jeffrey William Welsch, age 19, 607 Elm Street,
Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony.
Welsch was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Gilchrist
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jun 05 at
9:55 am.
Marshall Edward Jones, age 23, 830 Clifton
Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation,
a misdemeanor. Jones was arrested at the office of Probation
Officer Ferrell and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 1 Jun 05 at 3:00 pm.
Richard George Thomas, age 52, 145 Greenbrier Circle, Marietta,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Thomas
was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jun 05 at 4:10
pm.
Angelo Miguel Santos, age 34, 2216 Selzer Avenue, Cleveland,
for a felony charge of complicity in pandering sexually oriented
material involving a minor and for felonious assault. Santos
was picked up at the Allen Correctional Facility by Deputy
Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 1 Jun 05 at 5:00 pm.
William Scott Biehl, age 30, 116 Westchester Drive, Marietta,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Perry
was arrested on Second Street in Marietta by Probation Officer
Perry and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jun
05 at 7:19 pm.
