On 24 May 05 Justin Rockhold, age 18, 270 Caywood Road, Marietta, reported when he entered his vehicle to go to work Sunday morning he discovered his wallet and contents were missing along with A radar detector, four speakers, two subwoofers, an amplifier and miscellaneous CD’s. This case remains under investigation (1091).

On 24 May 05 while towing a trailer to a plowing job and turning into a private drive at 536 Millgate Drive, Marietta, Kurt A. Morgenstern, age 46, 510 Wheelbarrow Run Road, Marietta, cut the turn too sharp, causing the trailer to strike the front right fender of a Chevy Silverado owned by Isaiah T. Hughes, age 25, 536 Millgate Road, Marietta. Both vehicles sustained light damage, no injuries were reported.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Gregory Leo Levitre, age 31, 280 ½ Muskingum Drive, Marietta, for failure to appear, a felony. Levitre was arrested on Fourth Street by Sgt. Underwood of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 May 05 at 6:50 am.

Jeffrey Alan Null, age 26, 115 Prairie Drive, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Null was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Ketelsen and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 May 05 at 8:30 am.

Asia Harold Smith, age 37, 505 Ferguson Street, Marietta, for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a felony. Smith was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Ellenwood of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 May 05 at 2:30 pm.
