On 18 May 05 Anthony Offenberger, age 31, 15200 Muskingum River Road, Lowell, reported at some point during the past month, a red, homemade log splitter owned by his father was stolen from his property. This case remains under investigation (205).

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Craig Curtis, age 48, 4815 Prince Charles Way, Hilliard, OH, for driving under a suspended license on 4 Nov 04.

Gregory L. Levitre, age 31, 2667 Indian Run Road, Marietta, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 22 Apr 05.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Kevin Matthew Wroe, age 31, 237 Lake Washington Drive, Washington, WV, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Wroe was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Perry and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 May 05 at 9:25 am.

Erin Marie Stewart, age 31, 2355 Barnett Ridge Road, Fleming, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Stewart was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Perry and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 May 05 at 11:35 am.

Jesse James Bell, age 24, 4310 Welch Road, Little Hocking, for a felony charge of burglary and a misdemeanor charge of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. Bell was arrested on Welch Road by Detective Schuck of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 May 05 at 11:56 pm.
