On 4 May 05 Craig Nichols, age 50, 325 South Seventh Street, Marietta, reported since the January flood forced tenants of Riverview Estates in Belpre to vacate their trailers, a number of light poles and landscaping stones have been stolen from the property. This case remains under investigation (586).

On 4 May 05 Bonita Marks, age 35, 13020 State Route 550, Fleming, reported at some point since 21 Sep 04, her gold engagement and wedding ring was stolen from her bedroom dresser. This case remains under investigation (586).

On 4 May 05 Lynn Watson, age 56, 22 Federal Road, Little Hocking, reported between April 2003 and June 2004 a friend who lived with her stole and passed several of her checks without permission. Ms. Watson declined to pursue the matter further.

On 4 May 05 David E. Soummers, age 57, 5756 County Nine Road, Reno, reported his son inadvertently pushed him down during a heated argument over a septic system. Deputy Sheriff Norman concluded the incident concerned a civil matter, no criminal act occurred.

On 4 May 05 a sixteen year old Marietta resident reported as she left the parking lot of Lawrence School carrying several friends, the boyfriend of one of her occupants jumped on the trunk of her vehicle and began punching the rear window. This case remains under investigation (500, 905).

Meghan D. Dalrymple, age 26, Route 1 Box 279, Newport, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $208.78.

William J. Diefenbach, age 67, 9658 State Route 166, Marion, IL, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $185.90.

Michael A. Emerick, age 46, 4015 Patten Mills Road, Stockport, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $123.50.

Raymond D. Fickiesen, age 62, 1885 Pike Road, St Marys, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $52.

Mary Haislep, age 34, Route 1 Box 26D, Cutler, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $466.70.

Shana D. Iery, age 35, 6180 Waterford Road, Marietta, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $99.45.

Matthew R. Jett, age 20, 209 Fifth Street, Lowell, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $213.20.

Niki A. Ledford, age 34, 6180 Waterford Road, Marietta, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $131.95.

Edward I. Porter, age 24, 46125 Slaters Addition, Caldwell, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $240.50.

Andrea N. Robinson, age 19, 1915 Wynncrest Drive, Marietta, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $175.50.

David L. Rowe Jr., age 28, address unknown, for failure to register a change of address as a registered sex offender.

Jerrod D. Russell, age 29, 1080 Sandhill Road, Reno, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $143.

Cynthia J. Spencer, age 35, 313 Florence Street, Belpre, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $236.60.

Paulina S. Thomas, age 39, 5 Putnam Place, Marietta, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $188.50.

The following individual was processed into the washington County Jail:

Louis Roe Cavillis, age 34, 116 Harmar Street, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Cavillis was arrested at the County Courthouse by Patrolman Heddleston of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 May 05 at 12:35 pm.
