On 26 Apr 05 Deputy Sheriff Evans requested summonses for a fifteen year old Belpre resident and a fifteen year old Fleming resident to appear in Juvenile Court on delinquency charges as a result of his investigation into the theft of a Playstation Portable from another student at Little Warren Elementary School on 14 Apr 05.

On 26 Apr 05 Debi White, age 44, 217 Rural Street, Paden City, WV, reported she believes the hood and rear taillight of her 1985 Buick Electra were damaged while she was at work at 301 Main Street in New Matamoras that day. This case remains under investigation (1291).

On 26 Apr 05 a thirty-four year old Belpre resident reported although she changed her phone number to avoid such problems, she continues to receive harassing, hang up phone calls. This case remains under investigation (500).

On 26 Apr 05 an employee of the Washington County Board of Elections reported a Vincent resident may have voted in both Cuyahoga and Washington counties in last November’s elections. Through follow up Detective Kapple determined no such action occurred.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Sharon Cremeans, age 53, 1000 Dutchridge Place, Parkersburg, for failing to appear for a debtor’s exam on 1 Apr 05.

Jason R. Grady, age 28, 409 Maple Street, Marietta, for failing to appear for a debtor’s exam on 15 Apr 05.

Charles Lake, age 34, 152 East Street, Lore City, OH, for failing to appear for a debtor’s exam on 1 Apr 05.

Andrew Nunn, age 21, 937 Gilman Avenue, Marietta, for failing to appear for a debtor’s exam on 15 Apr 05.

Kelly Saling, age 41, PO Box 41 Township Road 42, Summerfield, OH, for failing to appear for a debtor’s exam on 1 Apr 05.

The following individuals wAS processed into the Washington County Jail:

Michael Paul Waters, age 27, PO Box 113, Long Bottom, OH, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Waters was picked up in Guysville, OH, by Corrections Officer Carr and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Apr 05 at 12:40 pm.
