On 18 Apr 05 Lt. Huffer investigated a two
vehicle collision in the parking lot of Warren High School.
Driven by two students, the vehicles struck as their respective
drivers backed from their parking spots. Damage was minimal,
no injuries were reported.
On 18 Apr 05 Robert E. Lane, age 59, 545 Rummer
Road, Marietta, reported that two weeks ago he discovered a
bag of refuse dumped across the street from his driveway. This
case remains under investigation (695).
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrants:
Gary D. Beagle Jr., age 20, 412 Main Street,
New Matamoras, for violating the terms of his probation by
failing to show proof of paying restitution as ordered by the
court.
Kraig E. Brand, age 46, 43139 Kraig Road, New Matamoras, for
failing to report to jail to serve the remaining four days
of his sentence on 12 Apr 05.
Kenneth D. Irwin, age 41, 2617 16th Avenue, Parkersburg, for
two counts of theft and for three counts of criminal trespassing.
David H. Chisholm, age 41, 112 Maple Street Apt. 3, Marietta,
for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing
on an order to show cause on 5 Apr 05.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Marc Anthony Crockett, age 25, 1560 Pleasant
Ridge Road, Marietta, for possession of criminal tools, for
breaking and entering and for safecracking, all felonies. Crockett
was arrested at Clegg’s Drive-Thru by Patrolman Sury
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 18 Apr 05 at 3:20 am.
Michael Alan Lightfritz, age 24, 717 Quarry Street, Marietta,
for possession of criminal tools, for breaking and entering
and for safecracking, all felonies. Lightfritz was arrested
at Clegg’s Drive-Thru by Patrolman Sury of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 18 Apr 05 at 3:20 am.
Kenneth Eugene Goff, age 43, 602 Florence
Street, Belpre, for violating the terms of his parole, a felony.
Goff was arrested at the Washington County Courthouse by Probation
Officer Smith and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 18 Apr 05 at 11:30 am.
Terry Lee Beachman, age 51, Marietta, for felony charges of
attempted aggravated murder, for aggravated arson and obstructing
official business as well as a misdemeanor charge of domestic
violence. Beachman was arrested at Marietta Memorial Hospital
by Patrolman Douglas of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Apr 05
at 4:55 pm.
Amber Lynn Lowers, age 24, 21931 Grand Avenue, Surprise, AZ,
for a felony charge of contempt of a court order and a misdemeanor
charge of theft. Lowers was picked up in Franklin County by
Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 18 Apr 05 at 5:46 pm.
