On 16 Apr 05 Deputy Sheriff Evans issued a
citation to Steven L. McCutcheon, age 21, 9564 State Route
550, Vincent, for traveling 98 mph in a 55 mph zone. Deputy
Evans stopped Mr. McCutcheon on State Route 339 near Rocky
Point Road in Barlow Township.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Julie Lynn Coe, age 45, 1110 Moody Ridge Road,
Vincent, for OVI, for speeding and for possession of drugs,
all misdemeanors. Coe was arrested on State Route 7 by Deputy
Sheriff Evans and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 16 Apr 05 at 12:05 am.
Pamela Yvette Ball, age 42, 152 Warner Street, Marietta, for
disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Ball was
arrested on Cisler Drive in Marietta by Patrolman Titus of
the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 16 Apr 05 at 12:50 am.
Gene Allen Perine, age 42, 16825 Murphy Road, Amesville, for
nonsupport of dependants, a misdemeanor. Perine was arrested
at Little Warren Elementary School by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Apr 05
at 3:00 am.
Travis Eugene Sparks, age 22, 648 Phillips Street, Marietta,
for three misdemeanor counts of violating the terms of his
probation. Sparks was arrested at his residence by Patrolman
Sury of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 16 Apr 05 at 4:35 am.
Ashley Ann Barcelli, age 20, 312 Third Street Apt. 3, Lowell,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Barcelli was arrested on State Route
676 by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16
Apr 05 at 9:20 am.
James Elton Buck, age 47, Marietta, for two misdemeanor counts
of failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines.
Buck was arrested at the Four Seasons by Patrolman Chapman
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 16 Apr 05 at 9:39 pm.
