On 5 Apr 05 Clifford D. Harris, age 41, 415 Lang Farm Road, Marietta, reported subsequent to contacting the Child Support Department because he had not received child support payments since November, he learned the checks were mailed and forged by an unknown suspect. This incident remains under investigation (1071).

On 5 Apr 05 Brent Sidwell, age 23, 798 Congress Road, Belpre, reported while he left his apartment to deliver his girlfriend lunch, an unknown suspect(s) broke a window to enter his home and stole nearly four hundred dollars from a shoe box hidden in a closet. This incident remains under investigation (586).

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrant:

Amy Roser, age 28, 720 ½ Third Street, Marietta, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 22 Mar 05.

The following individual wAS processed into the Washington County Jail:

Cleveland Jeffrey Bedgood, age 29, Marietta, for failure to appear, a felony. Bedgood turned himself in to Deputy Sheriff Underwood and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Apr 05 at 8:45 am.
