On 27 Mar 05 Lucy C. Stephens, age 48, 609 Florence Street, Belpre, reported at some point during the past three days the rear license plate, number DAZ6177, was stolen off her vehicle. This case remains under investigation (296).

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

James N. Croston, age 27, 300 Buckeye Ridge Road, Chesterhill, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $860.60.

William J. Dawson, age 21, 13th Street Apt. 413, Williamstown, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $241.80.

Michael E. Heitkamp, age 41, 532 Walnut Street, Richmond, VA, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $156.

Michael V. Richards, age 27, 1365 McGill Road, Vincent, for interfering with the custody of a child on 5 Feb 05.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Sunni Lea Pritchett, age 24, 933 ½ Green Street, Marietta, for contempt of a court order and for operating a vehicle with an expired registration, both misdemeanors. Pritchett was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Gherke and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Mar 05 at 12:20 am.

Cheyenne Eugene Riddle, age 24, 189 Fourth Street, Lowell, for two counts of violating the terms of his probation, for OVI and for speeding, all misdemeanors. Riddle was arrested at the Lowell Post Office by Deputy Sheriff Spencer and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Mar 05 at 8:20 am.

Serena Fawn Biehl, age 28, Windberry Apartments, New Matamoras, for OVI, a misdemeanor. Biehl was picked up in Woodsfield by Patrolman Arbaugh of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Mar 05 at 5:13 pm.

Stuart Shawn Keys, age 43, 1370 McNeal Road, Waterford, for a felony charge of being a fugitive from justice and misdemeanor charges of OVI, failure to control and not wearing a seat belt. Keys was arrested on State Route 339 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Mar 05 at 8:43 pm.

Rodney Keith Bumgardner, age 43, 925 Main Street, Harrisville, WV, for disorderly conduct by intoxication and for failure to control, both misdemeanors. Bumgardner was arrested on Blennerhassett Avenue in Belpre by Patrolman Jobes of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Mar 05 at 11:55 pm.
