On 23 Mar 05 an employee of the Village Market,
State Route 7, New Matamoras, reported when he arrived at work
that morning he observed a substantial amount of damage on
the Pepsi machine outside the business, though nothing was
stolen from inside. This case remains under investigation (200).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Polly Elizabeth Oblisk, age 50, 39130 State
Route 26, Graysville, OH, for a felony charge of OVI and for
misdemeanor charges of possession of drugs, possession of drug
paraphernalia, for driving under an FRA suspended license,
for failure to control and for failure to appear. Oblisk was
arrested on Front Street in Marietta by Patrolman Newell of
the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 23 Mar 05 at 12:05 am.
Gregory Arlen Meek, age 48, 250 Custer Road,
Stockport, for felonious assault. Meek was arrested at his
residence by Deputy Sheriff Coppernoll and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 23 Mar 05 at 11:50 am.
Bobby Leroy Anderson, age 45, 5056 Ireland Road, Coolville,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Anderson
was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Mar 05 at 2:40
pm.
David Wayne Evans, age 29, 15708 State Route 78, Caldwell,
for receiving stolen property, a felony. Evans was picked up
at the Noble County Correctional Facility by Deputy Sheriff
Coppernoll and processed into the Washington County Jail on
23 Mar 05 at 3:30 pm.
