On 17 Mar 05 David MacClymont, age 36, 307
Third Street, Lowell, reported he was awakened by a harassing
phone call at 12:30 am. The caller, Robert J. Perry, age 35,
3010 Cats Creek Road, Lowell, phoned the residence several
times, threatening Mr. MacClymont with retribution over a recent
incident in which Mr. Perry forcibly entered the home of and
assaulted Mr. MacClymont. As a result of his investigation
Deputy Norman requested a warrant for the arrest of Mr. Perry
for retaliation, a felony.
On 17 Mar 05 Jerry Witten, age 58, 16670 State
Route 60, Lowell, reported after contracting with a driver
to deliver truckloads of grain to grain companies in Coshocton
and Chillicothe, the driver has not yet paid him. This case
remains under investigation (698).
On 17 Mar 05 Charlotte E. Holland, age 54,
150 Camelot Road Lot 2, Belpre, reported a family member may
have stolen a diamond engagement ring and a diamond wedding
band, which they also pawned sometime during the past five
weeks. This case remains under investigation (296).
On 17 Mar 05 Nancy A. Lamp, age 43, 752 Tuttle
Street, Belpre, reported the co-owner of a twenty-three foot
travel trailer she owns allegedly forged her name to the title
and sold the vehicle without consulting her. This case remains
under investigation (592).

Office received the following warrants:
Sherry A. Baker, age 27, 127 Kirshrer Street,
Middlebourne, WV, for driving under a suspended license, for
failure to control and for not wearing a seat belt on 9 Jan
04.
Laura A. Ledger, age 37, 3129 West 46th Street, Cleveland,
for failing to appear in court for a probation violation hearing
on 9 Mar 05.
Zachary D. Parr, age 27, 706 Eighth Street, Marietta, for
driving under an OVI suspended license, for not using child
restraints and for speeding on 30 Dec 04.
Jacob W. Nixon, age 31, 533 Second Street Apt. 2, Marietta,
for OVI and for driving left of center on 22 Jan 05.
Patrick Brannan, age 33, 50 Railroad Street,
Whipple, for contempt for failing to appear for jury trial
on 10 Mar 05 upon indictment on two counts of domestic violence.
Tammy S. Mayle, age 42, 1206 Drag Strip Road, Belpre, for
violating the terms of her probation by failing to appear for
a scheduled appointment on 28 Feb 04 and for failing to notify
her probation officer of her new address.
Ron M. Patterson, age 23, 424 Third Street Apt. 3, Marietta,
for violating the terms of her probation by failing to appear
for a scheduled appointment on 23 Feb 05.
Cheyenne E. Riddle, age 24, PO Box 78 Fourth Street, Lowell,
for violating the terms of her probation by failing to stay
in contact with the probation department.
Marvin R. Ruble Jr., age 32, 313 Third Street, Beverly, for
violating the terms of her probation by failing to show proof
of obtaining a valid operator’s license or to appear
to serve seven days in jail.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Cole Demetri Clark, age 20, 3268 Whitehead
Road, Columbus, for OVI and for speeding, both misdemeanors.
Clark was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway
Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17
Mar 05 at 2:00 am.
Amy Lynn Davis, age 30, 122 Tennis Center
Drive Apt. 26, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation,
a misdemeanor. Davis was arrested on Greenbrier Circle by Probation
Officer Ketelsen and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 17 Mar 05 at 3:45 pm.
Gary Lee Jackson Jr., age 23, 300 Phillips Street, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Jackson was arrested
on Phillips Street in Marietta by Patrolman Hearn of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 17 Mar 05 at 6:45 pm.
Robert Joseph Perry, age 35, 3010 Cats Creek Road, Lowell,
for retaliation, a felony. Perry was arrested at his residence
by Deputy Sheriff Eddy and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 17 Mar 05 at 7:20 pm.
