On 2 Mar 05 Mikki Blizzard, age 48, 2315 Blue Knob Road, Marietta, reported she believes the ex-boyfriend of her daughter damaged two window screens of the residence he rented from her and strewn about trash and debris. This case remains under investigation (586).

The following individual wAS processed into the Washington County Jail:

Phillip Thomas Burrill, age 23, 602 Cross Street Apt. B, Belpre, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Burrill was arrested at the Belpre Police Department by Lt. Wilson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Mar 05 at 2:05 pm.
