On 1 Mar 05 Deborah Sandy, age 47, Apt. A5 Gates Green Apartments, Marietta, reported an acquaintance may have stolen approximately fifty Vicodin pills when she visited her apartment the day before. This case remains under investigation (945).

On 1 Mar 05 Dennis Jenkins, 128 Oak Hill Road, Cutler, reported being shoved by his wife following a heated argument that took place earlier that afternoon. Through an investigation Deputy Sheriff Malone determined no threats or acts of domestic violence occurred.

On 1 Mar 05 Earl Keiffer, age 53, 4825 Miles Lane, Waterford, reported he paid an acquaintance a fifty dollar down payment on a $450 vehicle in November of last year but when the acquaintance decided not to sell the vehicle to him, the down payment was not returned. This case remains under investigation (945).

On 1 Mar 05 Earl Rush, age 78, 524 Cedar Ridge Road, Lowell, reported after he changed the locks, an evicted tenant may have forcibly entered their former residence at 389 Cedar Ridge Road. This case remains under investigation (945).

On 1 Mar 05 Deputy Sheriff Evans responded to the scene of a house fire at 101 Westchester Drive, Marietta. The fire appears to be unsuspicious in nature, no injuries were reported.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Ryan Oneil Nichols, age 28, 341 Tadpole Run Road, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Nichols was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Mar 05 at 5:03 pm.

Tyler Nathaniel Bailey, age 23, Marietta, for two misdemeanor counts of breach of recognizance. Bailey was arrested at Colonial Terrace by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Mar 05 at 9:15 pm.

Denver Drew McCoy, age 50, 729 Eighth Street, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. McCoy was arrested at the Four Seasons by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Mar 05 at 9:48 pm.
