The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Michael Lewis Leibrand, age 41, 2914 Washington Boulevard, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation and for possession of drugs, both misdemeanors. Leibrand was arrested in Reno by Deputy Sheriff Norman and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Feb 05 at 4:20 pm.

Tyra Elizabeth Gandy, age 21, 852 Greene Street Apt. 2, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Gandy was arrested at her residence by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Feb 05 at 9:28 pm.
