On 22 Feb 05 Joyce Hollingsworth, age 51, 2255 Blue Knob Road, Marietta, reported between 7 am and 5 pm that day, an unknown suspect(s) shattered the glass on the front door to her home. This case remains under investigation (586).

On 22 Feb 05 Deputy Sheriff Evans responded to a report of the death of a sixty-six year old Waterford resident. The death appears to be due to natural causes, no foul play is suspected.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrant:

Adam D. Mason, age 21, 2100 Hill Street Apt. 6, Belpre, for contempt of a court order on 16 Oct 04.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

David Sherman Runyon, age 40, 2371 Unionville Road, McConnelsville, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Runyon was picked up at the Noble County Correctional Facility by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Feb 05 at 9:55 am.

Brent Michael Radabaugh, age 27, 2200 Hill Street, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Radabaugh was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Jobes of the Belpre City Police Department and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Feb 05 at 3:30 pm.

Aaron Freeman Farnsworth, age 20, 122 Harmar Street, Marietta, for aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor. Farnsworth was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Feb 05 at 9:28 pm.
