On 16 Feb 05 David W. Riley, age 31, 15230
State Route 60, Lowell, reported between Sunday afternoon and
8 pm that evening, an unknown suspect entered his unlocked
semi truck at Mid-Ohio Valley Transport and stole his Samsung
DVD player. This case remains under investigation (1184).
The following individuas
wAS processed into the Washington County Jail:
Mark Phillip Boyce, age 21, 119 Main Street,
West Union, WV, for breaking and entering, a felony. Boyce
turned himself in to Detective Jenkins of the Washington County
Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 16 Feb 05 at 3:20 pm.
