On 15 Feb 05 Dianna Cunningham, age 39, 381 Veto Circle, Belpre, reported when she arrived at her business at 50 Main Street, Vincent, at 8:45 that morning, she discovered a large cinder block was thrown through the front plate glass window of the business. While at the business Misty Cunningham, age 34, 312 Salster Road, Fleming, speculated the suspect who shattered the window of the business also may have damaged the windshield of her Chevy Malibu in retaliation for witnessing her with the suspect’s husband at the Station Carryout the night before. These cases remain under investigation (586).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Mikal Leroy Sparks, age 26, 313 Harmar Street, Marietta, for violating the terms or his parole, a felony. Sparks was arrested at the Adult Parole Office by Captain Brum of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Feb 05 at 1:35 pm.

Donna Charise Griffie, age 20, 1538 174th Street, Cleveland, for operating with an expired license and for speeding, both misdemeanors. Griffie was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Feb 05 at 3:00 pm.
