On 12 Feb 05 Tobey Burroughs, age 28, 2007 Gandee Court Apt. A, Belpre, reported around 6:45 pm that evening a former relative may have entered her unlocked apartment without permission. This case remains under investigation (1090).

On 12 Feb 05 Deputy Sheriff Rhodes responded to the scene of an altercation at Mar Ren Apartments #26, Marietta. Upon his arrival, on of the apartment’s residents, Vicki R. Moore, age 41, was receiving treatment for an injury to the right side of her head, a result of a quarrel with her niece, Amy L. Davis, age 30, 145 Greenbrier Circle, Marietta. Through eyewitness accounts Deputy Rhodes deduced that Ms. Moore and Ms. Davis’ grandmother engaged in a heated argument; an event which frightened Ms. Davis’ visiting son, who phoned his mother to pick him up from the residence. Ms. Davis barged into the apartment barged into the residence and practically mauled Ms. Moore, berating her for yelling at her grandmother in a gruff manner. The two struggled about for several minutes before Ms. Davis left the residence. As a result of his investigation Deputy Rhodes located and arrested Ms. Davis for assault and transported her to the Washington County Jail.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Krystal Michele Lincoln, age 40, 729 Ninth Street, Marietta, for possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Lincoln was arrested in Bartlett by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Feb 05 at 12:20 am.

Amy Lynn Davis, age 30, 145 Greenbrier Circle, Marietta, for assault, a misdemeanor. Davis was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Feb 05 at 6:13 am.

Robert Terry Farmer, age 48, 808 Eighth Street, Marietta, for felony charges of having a weapon while under disability and for unlawful possession of a dangerous ordnance and misdemeanor charges of domestic violence and domestic violence by threat of force. Farmer was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Hearn of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Feb 05 at 8:00 pm.

Ronald Ralph McCrady, age 58, 618 Depot Street, Belpre, for OVI, for driving under an OVI suspended license and for improper handling of a firearm in a vehicle, all misdemeanors. McCrady was arrested on Depot Street by Patrolman Morris of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Feb 05 at 10:15 pm.

Nicholas Philip North, age 19, 215 Fifth Street, Marietta, for underage consumption of alcohol and for disorderly conduct by fighting, both misdemeanors. North was arrested on Seventh Street in Marietta by Officer Moon of the Marietta College Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Feb 05 at 11:38 pm.
